Scope & Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online store or direct communication with Rahel Maria ("the artist"). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Products
All artworks are original and unique. Minor color variations may occur due to screen differences. These do not constitute a defect.

Ordering & Payment
Orders are confirmed upon full payment. Payment methods accepted include [list your payment methods]. Prices include VAT where applicable but exclude customs/import duties.

Shipping
Processing takes up to 21 business days after payment. Framed artworks require an additional 10–15 business days.
Shipments are securely packed in padded boxes and sent worldwide. Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes. Delivery times are estimates; delays caused by couriers are not the artist’s responsibility.

Framing (Optional)
On request and for an additional fee, artworks can be shipped framed in a shadow gap frame. This will extend processing time.

Right of Withdrawal
EU customers may cancel within 14 business days of delivery without giving reasons by contacting RahelMaria.Art@gmail.com.

Returns & Refunds
Returns must be made within 14 days of cancellation. Customers cover return shipping. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned item, using the original payment method.
