Processing Time
Orders within Germany are usually delivered within 2–3 weeks after payment confirmation. International orders typically take 4–6 weeks. Framed orders may require an additional 10–15 business days for processing. Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Packaging
Artworks are carefully packed in sturdy, padded boxes to ensure safe delivery.

Shipping
Worldwide shipping is available. Customers are responsible for any import taxes or customs duties.

Missed Delivery
If delivery is not collected after 2 attempts, the package will be returned to Berlin. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns
If you wish to return a piece, you may do so within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Damaged or altered items are not eligible for a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
